Crafted in 14K Gold, this gorgeous cactus cartilage is embedded with Simulated Diamond Cubic Zirconia (CZ). It measures 7mm in length and 4mm in width. Includes a flower internally threaded backing in a matching color of 14K Gold. The 18 gauge cartilage piercing/flat back earring has a length of 8mm and fits a thin helix or upper cartilage, the ear head or forward helix, and an average ear lobe.
